Pocket Broker ("the app") is a mortgage and finance calculator toolkit built for brokers. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
Pocket Broker does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us. Everything you enter or save stays on your own device.
All calculations, saved calculation history, main menu preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage. None of this is sent to any server operated by us — we have no server, and no way to see your data. If you delete the app or clear its data, this information is permanently and irreversibly removed.
Pocket Broker does not require or offer any account creation, sign-in, or login. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other identifying information through the app itself.
The app offers an optional one-time "full access" purchase, processed entirely by the app store you downloaded Pocket Broker from — Apple through the App Store and StoreKit, or Google through Google Play and Play Billing. Payment details (card numbers, billing information) are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with Apple's or Google's own privacy policy — we never see, receive, or store your payment information. We only know whether a device has purchased full access, which is used to unlock features on that device.
The app may request access to device motion data, reserved for an optional visual effect. This data, if ever used, stays entirely on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
Pocket Broker contains no analytics software development kits, no advertising networks, and no third-party trackers. We do not know how you use the app, and we do not build any profile of you or your device.
Pocket Broker is a professional tool for mortgage brokers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, since the app collects no information at all.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that does involve data collection — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
