Pocket Broker is a calculator toolkit for mortgage brokers — funding, repayments, equity release, property growth, income, and stamp duty, all in one app.
The Funding calculator and the built-in basic calculator are free. A one-time purchase of $4.99 AUD unlocks the rest: Repayment, Income, Equity Release (single property and portfolio), Property Value Growth, and the ability to customize and reorder your main menu.
If you've already bought full access and it's not showing as unlocked (for example, after reinstalling the app or switching devices), open Settings → Restore purchases inside the app. This re-checks your Apple ID or Google account for a previous purchase and restores access — no need to pay again.
Where is my saved calculation history?
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left of the main screen to open your calculation history, or "View all" for the full list. History is stored on your device only.
Can I change the default state used for stamp duty calculations?
Yes — Settings → Default state.
Does this app store my data anywhere online?
No — see our Privacy Policy for details. Everything stays on your device.
